Jacobi Jayne Ring-Pull Click Large Seed Feeder, zinc Bird

This is the second purchase of one of these feeders. My first one still looks as good as new, but we need another as we have quite a few goldfinches now visiting our garden!Super quick delivery too. Thank you.

I bought two of these Jacobi Jane bird feeders last year and they are excellent so I have just bought two more. I find them easy to clean (follow the instructions!) and they work really well. JJ the after sales service is also excellent. I had a little problem with one small part and they replaced it by return.For me a great product combined with good after sales service makes it good value for money.

I was thinking about returning it back, but then I learned how to click the feeding holes properly after the cleansing and now I would recommend this bird feeder to other users. It is very sturdy and looks nice on the garden. Birds love that.

Haven’t really had an opportunity to clean this yet but it looks like it might be quite easy. The birds love it and going through the needs very quickly

The perch inserts where removed by squirrels and eventually broken. If you have squirrels you need a baffle squirrel guard with this product. Question is can you buy spare perch inserts?

The ports don’t stay in as the clips aren’t strong enough to hold them. Seed spills everywhere whilst you are trying to fix them back in. Manufacturer admitted that the6 were looking for stronger clips but did not either refund or exchange these disappointing no expensive feeders. Also to remove the bottom you have to turn it - getting a grip on an often greasy and dirty base is difficult. The previous feeder I had had a lock underneath which stayed clean. These feeders are really not fit for purpose.

This was a sturdy bird feeder that was a lot easier to take apart than other feeders.Did find it a bit fiddly to put together again but not ad bad as some feeders.
