I bought this and a similar plan toys cutting playset for my kids age 2 and 4 for Christmas. This playset was the biggest hit out of all the presents. The 2 and 4 year old love cutting the fruit and making "food" out of it with their play kitchen and pot set. This one is big enough to not feel like a choking hazard, and easy for the kids to manipulate. I anticipate hours of fun from this one. They seem well made and resemble the fruits enough for my kids to enjoy them.

I am happy with what this product is made with because its a safer material and I am tired of everything being plastic. That being said-- this is a very hard product. My son thought it would be cool to throw since the orange looked like a ball. These fruits and veggies are pretty heavy for what they are and could potentially break something if thrown. My son does not have th easiest time using the knife to cut the fruits apart (although he IS only 2) and sometimes gets frustrated and in turn, I must cut the fruits while he cheers me on :)

A huge win with my two year old. He spends hours cutting each piece and is so proud when he puts the right ones back together. Great quality like you would expect from a Plan Toys set.

Our son loves playing with a couple of our smaller pots and pans. I wanted some sturdy wooden fruit for him to use, and was concerned about some of the M&D reviews complaining about the paint chipping. No complaints thus far with this Plan Toys set. The fruit are a little on the smaller side, but they work great for our 20-month old (and I'm sure they'll be fine as he gets older). The colors are a little on the muted side, but I'd rather that than have the paint coming off/chipping. Very cute.

A great toy. My son likes to practice cutting the fruit open and then he uses the pieces in his play kitchen "cooking". Lots of fun.

Very cute. I feel better my daughter is putting something in her mouth that is non toxic. Some pieces were a bit small for a 13 month old but I just put them to the side for when she is older. I will definitely be buying more products from them.

Great set, I love everything about it! Nice size and texture and the velcro is strong but perfect for little hands. My 2 year old plays with this set multiple times everyday.

This might be one of the best toys I've ever bought my little one. She was 19-months-old upon receiving the gift and has been over the moon about it ever since. She loves trying to fit the pieces back together and attempting to use the knife! Also, the little brown paper bags that they arrived in (inside the original box) created much fun! She would pack the fruit inside the bags as though she were a cashier at the grocery store. We plan to keep the bags as long as they hold up!!

This is a very entertaining toy for toddlers..very happy with the buy..my baby enjoys playing with it..the wood color finishing very thing is perfect..only the Chopping board is not of much use i feel due to the shape or may be my baby is too small for ot now..other then that perfect
