Initially I liked this charger for compatibility, the small size and the 2A capability. BUT, the minimum charging current is 1A. RCR123 and 18350's fit great and will charge, but it is above the recommended charging current for the batteries. Oddly, it does .5A for nickel metal hydride. If you are limiting your use to 18650's or higher, you should be fine and it has worked well for these for me. But, be aware of this drawback despite the description, which includes these batteries.Positives:Small rubber feet on back to keep from sliding (this is missing from most little portable units)Reads out in percentages and calculates almost instantlyStrong spring and battery fits wellHas an off button (double tap the amp button to turn off display (my other portable units lack this) Negatives:No .5A charging option for Li-Ion.I like this unit better than the EFEST, because the efest has no readout to tell you what % your charge is as only a color change to say it's charged. The EFEST is very very cheap feeling. The BASEN takes several seconds to evaluate your charge percentage and then only displays it in bars. The basen also has NO off switch. I haven't used the nitecore portable charger, but my D2 only has 500 mAh output, which take over 7 hours for a 26650. Look closely at amperage, because size matters here. The one "BIG" irritation with the Golisi is that the display turns off after a few seconds so you cannot monitor your charging progress by glancing at it, you must push a button and wake up the display.UPDATE: After further use, be aware, I just bought a new Rofis with 21700 batter and it will not fit at all. The 21mm batter is too long to fit into the posts of the charger. Despite being listed in the description...mine did not fit!

Super fast charging. 2amps. Charges 26650 battery in 2.5hrs.

Awesome for the workplace. If you have a single battery mod this is great to bring to work and have a battery charging at all times. It even has a USB adapter so you could plug it into your computer!

worked great for 3 weekswas charging a 21700 golisi battery at .5a and just like that 20 mins later i check and it wont turn on again checked several chargers with and without battery and nothing, next day also different cables and nothing

This is a very practical charger for a variety of standard batteries. The product has a quality finish. However, the charging time is very slow. It takes ages to charge a battery. I have tried to switch the charging current is indicated in the manual. Unfortunately, this feature did not work. I will now have to waste time in packaging and getting it returned. Very disappointing experience overall.

Carica tutte le mie batterie per e-cig, dalle 18350 alle 18650 e 21700 senza problemi. Leggero e ben fatto, viaggia spesso con me anche in trasferte di lavoro. Consigliato.

Sehr kleines und einfach zu bedienendes Ladegerät. Nutze es um 21700er Akkus im Wechsel zu laden. Geladen wird in 3 Stufen. 0,5, 1, 2A.Wünschenswert wäre noch ein beiliegendes Netzteil. Da dies aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung steht kein Sternabzug
