Most of the different kettles having lesser ratings and this double layered kettle price is lesser compared to other brands, I wanna give a try this. This is good one working perfectly,Pros:1. Water boils within 2 to 3 mins.2. Auto cut off works perfectly.3. Lower cost in Double layer segment and it will be safety for us4. 304 stainless steel inner layer, which is durable for long runCons:1. Cord length is very annoying, it's is not 1 meter atleast2. Sound is heavier side while it's working on heating water( may be same in other kettles too)3. When water boils we can feel some heat at above handle jointReduces one star here for cord length, other cons are ignorablePre catuions:1. Read instruction before use, after auto cut off switch of the power.2. Switch off the power always when ever lifting the kettle from base

The kettle has an excellent build quality as described. The usual 600-800 INR kettles are not the way to go as they will breakdown within 6 months. This product is far better in terms of plastic cladding the actual steel kettle and finishing. The steam built up doesn't pose a hazard either to you or the electrical components (a common issue over time and extensive use.)
