It looked pretty legit on first opening the package. I plugged it in to a surge protector right away to test the charger on my tablet. It didn't work right away so I was curious and decided to try a second outlet. I pulled the block and noticed that only half of the block disconnected from the outlet. I look down and was startled to see the wires inside the charging block was exposed. because of the exposed wires I was afraid to put down the half I was holding, and I was afraid to pull the part stuck to outlet as well because of the exposed lines. luckily the outlet was on a surge protector, so I was able to turn it off and unplug the protector from the wall. I then disconnected the block and re-packaged it to return right away.I only had it for less than 25 seconds unfortunately, but it was a 25 thrilling seconds.The return process was pretty breezy so it had that going for it. but I have to admit for a moment I feared for my life.Please take caution if you order this product, it is quite possible I just received a defective unit. Even then I would suggest inspecting the unit and testing it on a surge protector so that you can unplug it if anything goes wrong.Thank you for your time and patience in reading my review,

I received this last week. While it did charge my tablet, the first time I went to take it out it broke. I didn't read to see if this was refurbished, but I have a feeling it must be. There is no way a new one would break on its very first use...I am now retuning it.

This is a HORRIBLE ITEM, I had to purchase twice to realize that. I've gotten one before from this Same co. Once the Detachable part comes off it DOESN'T CHARGE anymore unless you figget around with the base, take the detachment off and on SEVERAL TIMES. Had purchased Another cord Thinking That was the problem. IF they're gonna sell something with a detachable part, AT LWAAT TELL what Voltage the Electrical cord that goes in there should be, so that you don't ruin your tablet. And the DETACHMENT comes off by itself after about 20 times of removing from wall socket. I take my tablet and charger with me when I leave home, so I have to reconnect once I get back

Does its job. It charged my galaxy tab 2.0 after having it uncharged and dead for 3 years. Stores don't carry these chargers anymore since its such an old tablet. The only down side is that it's loosely made. Will Update when breaks!!Update: broke about 2 montha from using. Just completely broke.

So I used the charger one time and went to use it again and it didn't work. I'm not sure what happened with it because I had it put up in the tablet case after the first use. It arrived quickly and worked great the first time though.I tried the charger a few more times in different ways sockets and it still didn't work. Very disappointed.

I have had this item for a week when it broke. I come to find out I can’t return product. I amnot happy and would not recommend it to anyone. Do not waste your $. Very disappointed in product and return policy. Boo.

My only problem with this product is it works well for a month or two then breaks. Its doesn't matter which company you buy it from.

I returned this product because the insert was too big for my tablet; it wouldn't work on my particular device!!!
