Easy to use, very durable, and it works great. I use it for storing the key at site to allow maids to clean the property, or 3rd party contractors to repair the property, or others. The only issue is the picture in the manual is not clear enough and two small.

Lock jammed and would not lockUpdate- seller contacted me and offered to replace item. I told them I had already bought another item instead. They were very nice.

Broke within a couple weeks. The keypad #5 stopped working and will have to have it cut off the door.

Did not last long at all. Lock became difficult and then core fell apart from box.
