The media could not be loaded. I ended up ordering these as my OB/GYN recommended I take a choline supplement while I was pregnant. There are studies and research that have shown positive effects on brain development for the baby in utero. The capsules were easy to swallow, and I took one once a day. There was no taste and I would say that the quality was overall very good. There were no negative side effects.

I would recommend these to most people, they do help with clear mindedness, though my other half discovered she could not tolerate them, and so it would be worth trying a smaller amount order first.I have had no issues,so the side effects are not always present, in fact I have had no side effects at all.

I took this throughout my pregnancy and it made such a difference in decreasing “pregnancy brain”! I swore by this product during my pregnancy and postpartum. I ran out at one point and went 3 days without it. I literally felt like my brain was insanely foggy. When I started taking them again, the “fog” lifted and I felt like me again!

I really like these supplements. I always keep on buying them when finish one of the best.

You need to take 3 pills to get the full serving. The pills are pretty big as well. No odor or weird taste. Does the job but wish the serving size could be less than 3 pills.
