A friend recommended that I try this due to a very high stress work environment. I can't say that I felt a huge difference with regard to feeling more calm, although I did feel a little better, more so than other supplements that I have tried in the past. The drink mix had a very pleasant taste but needs to be drunk very quickly in order to stop any sediment settling in the glass. If it happens to go on offer in the future I'd certainly be tempted to try it again.

Not a great product. Expensive for the amount you get, and don’t seem to really “calm me”.The drink tastes ok which is good but other than that there’s not much good I can say about this. I also find I’ve been having really weird dreams since being on these, and it was a side effect to Kalms tablets too so not sure if it’s also a side effect of these. Didn’t seem to calm my mind only make it more active at night.

Pleasant to take. I did feel energised and more relaxed after taking.

I have tried alot of different products to help relax me. This calm me definitely worked for me. I will be buying again

These were decent although you would probably need to take them for an extended period to feel the real benefit.

Don’t know what it is about this product but it really helps.
