Love These Little Lights!
Perfect little lights! I had a three-hook standing pole from year ago (the things it came with disappeared in transit from a move at some point). I purchased these lights and hung them on it and they work great! Yes, they are very small (but my hanging thing is short), but they work just fine. Arrived in perfect shape, and it's been raining for days -- but enough sunlight peeks through apparently for them to charge enough to turn on at night.Very pleased with this. The rain hasn't affected them at all. They look great! However, because they are small, and very lightweight, I strongly suggest you hang them on something that loops (mine does), in case of strong wind.If you're looking for something to light up a large area, these three lights won't work. If you're looking for something to add a little light in a small area, they're great!

Great and Fun for Camping!
These are great! I bought them for camping. I already had some that stuck in the ground but hard ground in camps sometimes makes them hard to place. I thought these would be fun since they can either be spiked in OR hang. As soon as they arrived I switched them on and they already had a residual charge. I hung all three outside on our deck. They charged right up and run pretty much all night. They have a sensor so they shut off at dawn. The switches are left ON during the day so they will recharge. At dusk they are nice and bright. I haven't had them out camping yet but I have every confidence they'll be terrific. They can provide a nice aiming point in very dark camps to find your way back to the tent. I have added a picture of all three hanging on the Christmas lights that I never took down ( :\ against a dark sky. I think they look pretty great.

Good for what we needed. Adaptable.
We bought several packages of these solar lights to use without the stakes but with as a hanging solar light. We placed them inside paper lanterns we use to decorate our party tents and trees. The solar sensor is on the top, so it is exposed and gets enough sun to power the lights through the night. These are not bright enough in our application to be anything more than ambient lighting, but that is what we wanted as we have supplemental lighting which actually functions to light the backyard. But for pops of glowing color balls, these do the trick. Even better, we removed the plastic lantern so that it was just the handle and the solar top with the LED light bulb exposed and not diffused - this makes it easier to store for the winter, too.On/Off switch allows you to save on the internal battery power. A modular option for creative outdoor lighting applications.

Great for low price
I really like these little lanterns. They are small cheap plastic and come in a generic box with no specs or user manual, but they look and work great. I have two hanging on the entry to my deck from some eye screws. They do not get much direct sunlight, but they light up the area quite nicely well past midnight. It is just a tiny bluish-white LED, so it mostly just provides a decorative illumination.

These lights are lightweight and attractive for the money. I bought them in 2015 and the solar battery in August 2016 is not working anymore.. I live in the South so we can constant sun and heat. For the Money I would say they are worth it, and I will be buying another set. They are used to light up the driveway walk area but it is not super bright , but enough to let people know the walkway is close.

Great solar lights
these solar lights are exactly what I was looking for. They are just the right size. I have them hanging on sheperd's hooks for my walkway. I live in the Windy City with weather that changes by the day and these hold up to strong wind and rain. They are pretty bright at night too. I would purchase them again if I ever needed more.

I had trouble with the first set I recevied. I love them but there was an issue with the solar panel on 2 lamps. I contacted the seller and they resolved the matter in a very timely manner. I am very happy to have my replacement set. They throw lots of light and last many hours into the night. I would purchase them again and would purchase from the seller again.

One light out of three did not work!
One out of the three lights did not work. I was considering ordering another set of these, but will not do it now. After my original comment, I was contacted by Customer Service from the seller and was sent a new set of the lights. I am now satisfied with the product and with the company. I will go for four stars on this product.
