The Best Android Auto Wireless Adapter
Way easier to connect than MA1. Crisp and clear sufio quality. Tons of developer options and controls easily accessible through the AA wireless app! Starts up quickly and phone connects quickly and launches android auto way faster than the MA1 from Motorola. Build quality seems solid and has a nice compact and fun form factor. Love the large easy button to swap phones and the large and simple to understand LED ring status indicator. Love that you have the option to switch to 2.4ghz instead of 5 so that interference is reduced. Plus 2.4 has a longer connectivity range.

Perfect
I drive a Volkswagen Passat, and I’d been having constant issues with Android Auto cutting out. From what I’ve read, some model years are known for problems with AA or CarPlay, and mine seemed to be one of them. Every time I drove, my wired Android Auto connection would randomly disconnect—it got to the point where it was happening on nearly every trip. It even felt like the USB port was overheating, which might’ve been part of the problem.I decided to give this wireless adapter a try, and it completely solved the issue. No more random dropouts, and now I don’t even need to plug in my phone. The wireless connection has been solid with no lag or glitches. My Galaxy S23+ connects automatically every time I start the car. The app interface is easy to use, and the device itself feels well-made—not cheap or flimsy. Honestly, it turned something that was annoying into a much better overall setup. Highly recommend it if you're dealing with similar issues.

This Actually Works!
This is the third wireless android adapter I have tried in my '23 Subaru Forester Sport. It costs a bit more than others, but it actually works (and properly). It synced up to the entertainment system quickly and easily with the system and my Samsung Galaxy 21 FE. Also, it comes right back up in a few seconds after the vehicle is started after being turned off. Unlike the others I tried, there was no need to reconnect. Google Maps worked fine as well and I could make a phone call without a problem. The sound quality and volume is excellent. Finally, now there is no need for wired connection.

Easy setup and works reliability
I purchased this to replace an old Motorola ma1 that had already been replaced once already under warranty and had failed again. This is smaller and setup was super simple and the ability to use any cable makes mounting it out of the way easier than the ma1 which had a fixed length and permanently attached cable. The app is a nice addition which gives me more customization options compared to the Motorola ma1. It seems to take a similar amount of time to connect to my phone as the Motorola but that wasn't a big deal, both are pretty quick. Android Auto is always running before I leave my driveway. Overall, this works well and seems to be a bit higher quality than the ma1. Only time will tell if it holds up better than the ma1.

Great tool - some startup issues - Was able to change DPI on my 2023 Bronco sport
I have a 2023 bronco sport without the navigation. I use google maps and waze. I had the Motorola MA1, which was good. Google recently upgraded their maps and one is able to report issues by using the touchscreen. However, with the native resolution of the screen, we can't see the whole map to see the new set of icons. The MA1 did not have the ability to change the resolution by increasing the DPI (dots per inch) because there was no phone app to do that. I was able to do that with this dongle and app (the setting is 110 dpi). The initial connection was fast and seamless via the app. The one constant issue is the lag in subsequent connections. It takes a looooooong time to start up, even when the light is solid blue. I have had to unplug and plug it back to get it to connect. Once connected, it is flawless.I like it much better than the MA1.

Amazing When it Works. Four Stars for Lack of Phone Support...
We've installed two of these units, one for my Silverado and one for the Wife's Explorer, both running Android Auto. I love how convenient and fast it connects when we start our vehicles now. I had some trouble getting to work on my Wife's Explorer because it had older SYNC software. But I ended up finding solutions on Reddit and upgrading her SYNC to latest ref. That may not be the case for everyone here... Overall, very happy with the product, now they're both up and operational.

Great product but failed quickly???
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This box enables your standard wired Android Auto car transform into what the newer cars have: Wireless! This can be beneficial for charging your phone quicker, not having to fumble it around and plug it in every time. You can get in and take off and it will connect. I sometimes leave it in my backpack.Charging speed:Using this frees up the port and most cars will charge the device slowly while using android auto as it's using the port already for communication and most cars just don't have proper PD charging circuits to fast charge. So now I plug in my fast charging cord if it's needed to top it off before and extended day.Size:Super small maybe 1inch by 2 inches. I was going to Velcro it somewhere but it's so small and the cable is perfect length I dont even bother with it. PROBLEMS: The tiny awesome box one day had a solid green light and wouldn't connect. The AAwireless app has an awesome troubleshooter and immediately told me based on LED and behavior that it needed to be sent in for a replacement. The emailing back and forth was kinda slow and annoying. What should have taken a chat bot or online form to ask every question maybe 5-10 mins took 8 emails over 2 days. But it's the best one out there and a decent price so I'll take the minor set back. They also have to wait to receive the old box to send out a new one which isn't unheard of just kinda annoying.
