Spray painted shut
These were as pictured and were able to be used to hold my wedding menu cards. Unfortunately the ones I received were spray painted shut so I had to stick a knife between each one to break the painted seal. A lot of the paint chipped off after I was finished and they were extremely hard to open even after the paint seal was broken. As I said I was able to use them but I wasn’t happy with the end result.

Terrible quality, don’t waste your money!
Terrible quality. Paint was missing in places and when I opened the rings to insert a card the paint cracked (see photos). I purchased these to use for my wedding and now I am scrambling to find something else!

Just what I needed.
You do have to open them up a bit (openings slightly painted over), but once that is done they are the perfect little note/sign/card holder.

Chipped paint
very poor quality, paint chipped, and worse the "rings" to slide in the card were painted shut on some of them, and when you split it open(using a knife!) the paint cracked. Sent them back.
