I really wanted to love this stacking toy. The pictures made it look so adorable. And although it is adorable in person, it is also heavily flawed.First, the good:Cute style. Nice, bright colours. Lightweight wood that's mostly smooth to the touch (some roughness around curves but not enough to be uncomfortable). Nice, drawstring bag to contain all the pieces.The bad:The paint job on some of our figures is just sloppy. Some areas are off center. Our fox, in particular, has extra splotches (and wonky legs) which is a shame because it was my favourite.The logo placement is just baffling. Ours is off center up the tree trunk. Does it really have to be this large? It's distracting. Would have looked better if it was more discreet, maybe under the tree or smaller at the bottom?The most disappointing is that several of our pieces (the tree in particular) do not have a level bottom. The worst offender is our cat. This makes them rock, which makes or hard to place anything on top of them so they can nicely stack. It kind of defeats the purpose of it being a stacking toy.Lastly, this is just my own personal opinion, I wish there were most pieces that could all stack together. Can't seem to get more than 4 or 5. It has to do with how they're shaped. Perhaps we're just not playing with it correctly.For now, our 2 year old mostly plays with them as individual pieces. She likes to make the animals walk and drink. That's fine by me. At least she's using them and that's what matters in the end.

My daughter LOVES these. They’re difficult to stack but not impossible, so it keeps her interested but stops her from getting overly frustrated. She generally stacks the animals off of the tree because that’s easier, but it works both ways. I love that this also helps with identification, and she can tell me what each piece is as she stacks. They’re also just great for pretend play in general. Really enjoy this set and I LOVE that it comes with its own storage bag.

I love this brand and have bought many things, but the quality of this toy is lacking. Some of the pieces had like an oily residue and the bottom of the tree isn’t flat so it falls over. Disappointed.

This was a birthday gift for a two year old. His family lives in a mountain community and i figured he would enjoy a toy that includes the animals that live around him. He was very excited when he unwrapped it. His parents are concerned about the materials their son's toys are made from and I choose your company because it is made from a renewable resource and the paint is nontoxic.

These toys are beautiful and fantastic quality! My son loves them. Worth every penny, so glad I bought them :)

These are adorable but way too small for a child under 3/4 years. Definitely choking hazards. I'll also say that you get what you pay for; if you're expecting a beaufully carved and painted wooden toy set, this is not it. We weren't looking for that, just simple wooden animals to play with, but these are far too small for my daughter to use until she is much older. Shame, because I have other toys for her when she is older and needed some that were appropriate now.

I cannot believe what a steal this is. The animals are high quality and cute. I love the different ways to stack and balance. It's a good learning toy as well. The pieces are a little small, but it's such an amazing activity, the size doesn't bother me.

Such an adorable set. My set was beautifully printed and I think the pieces are a fine size for my 2 year old to play with.

This as an utterly charming set, it's just lovely to look at. The pieces are incredibly smooth and lovely to touch, tactile-tastic. The designs on them appear durable yet it's early days. They're visually and texturally appealing and an ideal size for small hands.My 25m old (I'm not pretentiously month counting, it's just the easiest way to note she's a young two as opposed to nearly three) adores them, though at the price I admit I fastidiously squirrel them away back into their little bag the instant something else catches her attention for fear of losing a piece.The animals are all very well behaved, apart from the fox.... He chases all the other animals and eats them. I've seen it. He even says "nom nom nom " as he devours them. My little psycho thinks it's wonderful.I wish there were more animals and such to add to it because it really is quite lovely.The only con is the price, that's not to say it isn't worth it but I do feel it may put some people off purchasing, I'm one of them but glad I took a chance.

A piece of wood broke off the dog. Glad I found it before my toddler put it in her mouth.Other than that, they’re very cute, and the other ones have held up well.

We love tender leaf in our house and have several of the toys. they are beautifully made and fab for little ones to hold in their hands, take on the go and play with wherever they may be. ❤️
