Burner Shake - 2 Month Supply Vanilla | Fat Burning Weight Loss Shake | Contributes to Metabolism | Suppresses Appetite

I have waited at least five days to try the product before I made any comment. The comments made on the Burner Shake to which I found helpful and some informative. However, after reading the instruction to mix with water adding 2 scoops of the powder and shake, I must admit I did not like it. It was better for me to mix in a Nutra Bullet or a blender adding fruits and veg and mixed with cocoa nut water. There was no nasty after taste. I do prefer not to have any sweeteners in any of my shakes that I purchase, so if you do make the products without sweeteners that would be better for me in my opinion.On the first day when I mixed with water I did produced a lot of flatulence which no-one has mentioned, I cannot be the only one! I'm hoping once my body gets use to the Burner Shake this will eventually stop.I can now honestly say that I have lost a couple of pounds in fat, I have one of thoses scales that measures your water fat muscles weight etc, so to my surprise I was a little shocked to see my fat levels was a lot lower in less than a week. Once you have drunk the shake it does supress the hunger for a few of hours which I do like. I do make enough to take to work to have say during the early afternoon as I can go the whole day without eating anything, so this is good for me.I have given the Burner Shake 4 stars because I like it but not the added sweeteners, and be honest it is slowly melting my fat away!

Worked well

Strawberry was my go to flavour, but tried the new raspberry ripple flavour, it is amazing if you like that ice cream taste. I used to find it a bit gritty but the product seems to have improved definitely not gritty anymore. I don't take it consistently as I should but helps to shed the extra pounds when taken 2 to 3 times a day.

I had the chocolate flavour. It's good and not too sweet. The "fat burning" ingredients designed to alleviate hunger certainly work though I found the effect slightly uncomfortable, like a big jolt of caffeine. The product doesn't thicken up as advertised, certainly not to the extent I'd expect. I got past this by mixing it 1|1 with a similar product (USN Diet Fuel) which definitely does, creating a 'cocktail' that works great for me overall as it now thickens up nicely and also has a milder 'fat burning' effect.So yes, I'd definitely buy this again but I wouldn't use it on its own.

I needed a kick start to help me lose a few pounds before my holiday next month after losing a bit of weight on Slimming world I put nearly all of it back on and couldn’t get motivated again. I’m not normally a fan of these replacement meal drinks but I needed to give myself a quick boost so I thought I would give it a go. Got chocolate one and followed advice on here and added ice cubes I then blended it in my blender. Make sure you drink straight away as goes gloppy if left. It’s actually quite pleasant to drink and it fills me up. Since I don’t need to lose a lot of weight -I started days 1 & 2 with 3 shakes and then 2 shakes a day. I’m on day 5 and I’ve lost 6lbs so far (I only want to lose a stone) and I am now just having a shake for breakfast and a salad for lunch and chicken or fish with vegetables for dinner. I have cut out all bad snacks and bread and feel so much better. I was lacking willpower but this has helped me get motivated. I think I will continue with it just for breakfast but stick to healthy lunch and dinner and cut out snacks. My daughter bought the vanilla one and that is nice too. If you need a kick start to your weight loss to motivate you then I recommend this

Burner Shake may, or may not be suitable for vegetarians.They say it is on Amazon's FAQ, and say it is not suitable for vegetarians on their own website.An absolute shambles and a deal breaker for me. Im disgusted on this one.2. The instructions, suitability, and dosage copy are written differently on Amazon, the Astral website, and on the packaging.• Two scoops = 35g, and is one shake.• One shake = 129 calories.• 350 - 500ml of water. To cover both instructions.3. Uncomfortable hunger is held off for four-ish hours, on average but quickly stopped working after about 3 weeks of use. The hunger came back after less and less time.4. It is slightly chalky to drink, even when using a blender bottle, and smells nice and chocolatey to start with but smells like off milk once mixed with water.Tastes like both of the smells. Not awful, not amazing. But, what do you expect for a powdered drink mixed with water?!So much better than PHD Diet Whey as it actually tastes similar to what it is labelled as.

This has really worked for me. I have a very physical job, and these shakes fill me up while giving me the energy to get through the day. I have lost two stone in two months by having four shakes a day and grazing on fruit. I find it best to make my shakes in the morning for the day. It makes them so thick and smooth. Also, you really do need to drink the recommended about of water as that gives everything a boost. It's so convenient for my lifestyle. I've tried every other diet, shake and exercise plan and this is the best for me. I don't need to think about what I'm having or count anything. I just decide what flavour I'm having. It arrived early. Im using it as my breakfast and lunch, however only second day so cant comment on any weight difference yet. It does fill me up for about 3 hours and then i start feeling hungry again so i just drink more water and i feel fine. For dinner i decided to eat light healthy well balanced meal cause i love food and lets face it you will miss it. Also i do love my morning porridge so some days im gonna swap and have brekafast as a meal and then lunch and dinner will be the shake. I ordered vanilla 2kg its nice and tasty and if im going to order again i will try the strawberry next time. So far im very happy with this product, just need to wait a week or 2 to see about my weight. However i feel that if i do this for 2 weeks then maybe take a wee break for a week and eat more food but still use the shake maybe just for lunch or breakfast or dinner and then go back to doing straight 2 weeks again just like in the beginning ill be a lot lighter than im now. Ill get back to you then to let you know how it worked for me.
