Brought this a couple of months ago, and already it’s stopped working, and low and behold unable to contact seller. Would like seller to contact me about a refund as the item isn’t fit for purpose.

This is a nice soap dispenser, which works very well, and is easy to use, and simple to fill.It appears quite well made (main body being stainless steel). The thing I really like with this is that you can adjust the amount of soap dispensed, unlike one I had previously that dispensed more than really necessary. We are using in our downstairs cloakroom.One minor niggle is that there is no soap remaining window, but to be fair aesthetically, its probably nicer without.Update: Unfortunately, after just a couple of months it has stopped working. It started to be a bit sporadic, but now has stopped working altogether. Shame, had been pleased with this, but now very dissappointed.

bought two of these one works good the other lasted just a few weeks

I bought 2 of them and they arrived very early. I like the size, perfect size for my bathroom and kitchen sinks which are a bit narrow. I haven't started using them as I'm yet to buy some batteries for them. But they look lovely. I gave a 4 star just because I haven't used them yet to know how good they really are. Every other thing is perfect.

Horrible item. Do not buy it. It does not work at all. It causes stress and anxiety. I am hoping they will give me a refund on this. Really really horrible.

Started to come on by itself and discharged all the soap! It seems that there is no return/refund option on Amazon?!

Very good except you have to turn it off to clean the outside other wise you get squirted on

J'ai commandé cet article le 8 janvier. Et le 9 mars, il ne fonctionnait plus. En l'ouvrant pour changer les piles, car j'espérais que ce soit nécessaire, j'ai pu me rendre compte qu'il y avait un peu de liquide dans l'espace qui aurait dû être étanche et donc un peu de rouille. Dommage, c'était vraiment pratique, mais ça fait très cher les 2 mois d'utilisation.

Ich habe das Produkt wie beschrieben in Betrieb genommen. Der Motor lief an, aber es kam keine Seife oben raus. Ich habe darauf hin die Seife etwas mit Wasser verdünnt und den Motor mehrmals laufen lassen, bis Seife gefördert wurde. Dann funktionierte der Spender ca. einen Tag ganz gut, auch wenn die Einstellung der Fördermenge (angeblich vier Stufen) keinen Effekt zeigte. Heute das gleiche Spiel wie am Anfang: Der Motor läuft an, aber es kommt keine Seife. Der Behälter war noch halbvoll.Ich habe jetzt unseren mechanischen Seifenspender reaktiviert und schicke den elektrischen Seifenspender zurück.

No me ha gustado casi nada ya es el segundo dosificador que devuelvo; pienso que esta mal fabricado porque fallan los infrarrojos y funciona cuando quieren y a penas echa jabón porque el regulador no obedece por mas que lo regules;deberian vds tomar medidas porque nos suponen muchas molestias.Gracias.

Nul, se déclenche tout seul constamment, du coup coulures de savon partout. Le détecteur ne fonctionne pas bien non plus et il faut faire plusieurs passages pour avoir du savon. Je vais en acheter un autre et mettre celui-ci a la poubelle. Je ne recommande pas.
