Looked and worked great the day I put it into service. Almost 3 years later, it barely opens, protective coating gone from wind, salt, sand. The key inside the box even corroded from salt air getting in.It's sturdy, but needs to be tested on St Croix in the USVI !

So far this product provides what it claims. We tested the "fall" fob and within 20 seconds Bay Alarm called to see if help was needed. Love the travel fob that can detect our location while out driving.The base unit was a bit larger than I anticipated 7 X 5 X 2; but found a place on the computer desk for it to reside. Directions were a bit sketchy, but my "techy" son helped us install successfully. I was over-reading the directions. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. I feel safe leaving my hubby alone in the house when necessary knowing he has this unit to get help with a fall.

I have this on my back door so that EMS can get into the house. I have a device that alerts 911 if I fall as well as my loved ones. The device and this lockbox is not only helpful to my peace of mind but it’s much less expensive than the monthly cost of the usual alert system. It’s not ugly, it lights up for use in a dark place, and it has a cover for keeping it clean and dry. It also has a kind of rubberized coating so that it doesn’t bang or swing when opening or shutting the door and it doesnt leave marks in the paint.

Just perfect for our business where other vendors need to get into the store when we are closed and repairmen don't have to wait for me now in early morning hours either. Also great when a manager loses their keys! Our local fire department is now requiring these for all businesses. So simple to set-up and use!

Car fob measures: 2.8 x 1.5 x 1.75 inches. Cannot close the lid as the lock mechanism takes up a fair amount of space inside the lock. Will be returning this item.

It is used for emergency personnel who have to enter the home if someone is hurt.
