Worked perfectly for what we needed it for.
Seems strong and durable. Also seems like it won’t leave a weird residue for the inevitable day that I’ll have to replace it in the future.

Great product
How did I not know this tape existed before? This tape is super strong and there’s no paint damage when removing.

The backing is very sticky. That's good but can be bad.
The backing is sticky enough to bond to pretty much anything but... so much effort is required to peel it off the roll that the pulled end of the tape can be distorted. So if you need a perfectly uniform piece of tape, you may have to unroll 6" more than you need because you might have to cut off the stretched end. Would I buy it again? I might try another product to see if it reacts in the same way. That's the trick with adhesives. Think post-it's. Brand name ones come off the pad easily and they stay where you put them. Aftermarket copies are sometimes too sticky.

Nice. I’ll order more
Handy and just what’s needed for pinstripes

Easy! Tips for success here
I read the reviews prior to buying this and was concerned about stretching, shrinking, and adhesion. I wiped down the part of the vehicle (golf cart - fiberglass) - with rubbing alcohol first. Even if you think the area is clean, alcohol wipe down will help with adhesion. Then, when unrolling the tape to apply, I unrolled the tape and allowed it to retain it's original tension. I applied it, leaving about 1/2" on either end, without pulling and adding tension to the tape. The inclination is to pull the tape taut, however, this will cause it to retract to it's original dimension and "shrink". If you apply it loose, no problem. I waited a couple of hours then cut the ends of the tape with an exacto knife. I live in the desert, and was concerned it would shrink with the heat, but this hasn't happened. I ordered the 1/4" tape, the same dimension as the previous painted pinstripes that were deteriorating, and this covered perfectly. I enjoyed it so much, I went ahead and pinstriped other areas as well. The white pops against my dark green golf cart, and highlights the curves and artwork I had done. I'm very happy with the results!

there is a lot of waste with this tape
I wasted a lot of the tape because part of it was cut crooked. I guess it is hard for the manufacturer to cut it straight when its so narrow.

Ideal for securing bicycle handlebar wrap
As an assembler of bicycles (mostly road and gravel), I often apply handlebar wrap. Never is the finishing adhesive tape supplied with wrap kits enough for my liking, and other adhesive tapes I’ve tried (electrical tape, big ape tape, etc.) have not worked well, sliding and peeling and leaving a sticky mess. This tape, 1” black, has proven to be ideal for my purpose. Not as ‘stretchy’ as electrical tape so easy to neatly apply, slightly thinner than electrical tape so it conforms to the texture of the bar wrap, stays put under riding conditions, and is easy enough to remove if desired. Perfect!

Nice tape
This tape works a little differently than all the tapes that I am used to. The tape stretches as you pull it out from the roll and stretches a bit. Tape is very sticky and feels a bit like stretchable plastic material, but it works out for me for the project I am working on.
