It seemed counting steps accurately, detect heart rate, sleep and blood pressure. It vibrate to wake me up,send message alerts and tell the caller name. I can hang up phone calls directly press the touch key. So slim and not to chunky on my wrist,really nice looking.

It is easy to connect APP and use, the display screen is big enough, bright and clear. Meet all my basic needs of sleep monitor,step counter,heart rate monitor,message alerts, tim e clock.But the strap could be better!

Blood pressure monitor and more
So far it's been great, the app works well as does the watch. Syncs to my Iphone7 every time without any issues. 5 days of constant use and the battery is on it's last bar, not too bad considering I use it when I sleep to monitor my heart rate and sleeping habits. Blood pressure monitor seems to be on par, only wish I had more options on the watch face, other than that I give this two thumbs up.

Nice watch with Built-in charger!
A little disappointed when receive it without charger, then read the user manual and found the built-in charger which bring me more convenience when use it at at home or office. It really compact and easy to use.

would they feel like an encumbrance or bulky
I've been looking at the various running belts bcs I lift as often as if not more so than I run and armbands for my iPhone always rub and give friction burns. Got this gem after going to the various local running stores to get an idea of what is available and what attributes I wanted. This more than fit the bill my first time running with it today. Was able to put my iPhone 6 in the big pocket and my car keys and work badge in the smaller pocket. My concern was would they bounce as I was running, would they shift position to one side or the other, would they feel like an encumbrance or bulky, would they rub my abdomen / hips the way arm bands rub my lats. No bouncing, no shifting, couln't tell it was even there and NO rubbing / friction. Compared to all the $25 - $50 brands at the local specialty running stores, I have no qualms stating that this performed as good as any of their name brand belts. Kudos to Aeonics! Might have to get another 1 or 2 so I can leave one at the office, one in the car and one at home.....
