The blade of the sword has been hand forged using the ancient method of sword making. Full hand forged, hand polished and hand sharpened.

Its a TOY
Do not be fooled by the pictures, Its just a toy but that is not to say that its not a dangers toy. It can put an eye out or could be sharpened to cut. until then, its a toy with a hard plastic sheath. not what I was looking for but i can give it to my grand son.

Sharp?
Maybe I misread the description, but I thought it said "sharp" double edged sword. The sword I received was dull and looks like it never had an edge to it, it was as if it was sent to be sharpened and never got there. BLUNT EDGED!

Seller was friendly and understanding. They reached out and resolved the sword problem with me. If you enjoy chinese style swords, it is worth a try.
