First time ever useing an amplifier
Did make hearing TV much better also able to hear my wife more clearly, had to get use to choosing where I used it. Did sound like I was in A barrel I found out later that all in the canal hearing devices cause this same thing. Could not use in a noisy restaurant. Worked well at work I'm in the construction field. I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble hearing it does make a difference you just have to choose where you use it. For this price it's worth a try.

This product worked great. Not being able to afford a full-fledged hearing aid, this was the next best thing. Recommended!
