Fantastic
The kids love it. Looks good. Was kinda tricky to transform but eventually got the hang of it. But brand new in the box.

Excellent piece, the transformation makes it even more interesting
Excellent piece, the transformation makes it even more interesting, now I have all the dinobots collection and this is one of my favorites.

Meh.
I bought this for my kid. But even as a near-forty-year old, I can't figure out how to transform this guy. Oh, and the arms and legs keep falling off. Other than that, it's kind of a neat toy, I guess -- like a dinosaur toy specifically designed to make you more sensitive to transformers that were born with physical limitations.

Green with envy.
I was sceptical about this pick up just because of the lime green and yellow color scheme. But I only seen him in video reviews which didn't do him justice.....at all. First his din mode looks what you'd expect if you have any of the other dinobots from this series in your correction. He looks hungry and mean ready for second and third helpings of some manmade cons standing in his way. The dinobots dino modes all suffer the same thing with articulation due to the design of the legs so you can't really put them in too many poses, they are very limited. Hasbro does make up for this by giving even greater robot modes and Slash is quite the foe to be reckoned with in his. His Tformation isn't as simple and that's what makes him exquisite to me It sets him apart. It's simple enough to not bore you and intricate enough to keep you interested. His twin sickle like blades are a good add on to his badassness and when wielding them in the many poses you can put him in makes demand creative respect. His color scheme took a minute to grow on me and after I seen him in hand trust me It didn't take long. It actually looks good. A robotic Cybertronian version of the Velosiraptor is intriguing with the green and yellow to my surprise and it fits his robot mode splendidly. I'll stop casting judgement from video reviews from now on. Now if you don't already own one of these, what are you waiting for?...pick him up,you'll love him.

Another fun Dinobot
Glad to see so many Dinobots getting made. Slash was not very prominent in the film, but this figure is fun to play with and has a unique transformation that makes it interesting. I actually like the varying colors of the retail versions. I got this on sale, but wouldn't mind paying $16 for it.

Age of Extinction had some of the best movie tie in toys
Age of Extinction had some of the best movie tie in toys, and while this guy wasn't in the movie he's still a great piece

This dinobot is great to go undercover and good for stealth and it ...
This dinobot is great to go undercover and good for stealth and it reminds me of beast wars dinobot but in a right stance to go for sneak attack.

Not his favorite toy
Item was smaller than expected (should have checked dimensions first). Was difficult to manipulate for my 5 1/2 year old and for me! the directions were not very clear. Tip of the tail broke on first use :( I have not fixed it and my son is not asking for the toy so not a hit here. It was his first Transformer so his lack of playing could also be that it is just not his type of toy. I am sure Transformer lovers may like it - just watch how you handle it.
