I really don't think it tastes that bad. You could always mix it with OJ or some other fruit drink. But the best way is to take it full strength and then wash it down with some Gatorade.

Q: Is it supposed to be super thick? The instructions say to shake well, but this is so thick, you can barely shake it.

Yes it's kind of thick,it used to be a spray top but I'm sure it got clogged so they switched to a drop
