Everyone has their opinion on the best study material for their certifications. If you are like me, you use many (almost too many) different sources. This is a great one to have in the arsenal. From what I can tell, it is covering the exam topics very completely. It solidifies concepts presented in other materials.Don't forget to download the online resources that are included with the purchase of this study guide. They do help.

Just amazing

It’s a overall a good book that covers all the topics of the ENCOR 350-401 exam very well but did anyone even proof read this book??? I have noticed dozens of typos already and I’m not even half way through the book yet. Luckily I am able to recognize these errors. However, this could be an issue for someone who doesn’t know the material very well. I think this book was rushed out too quickly if you ask me. Hopefully they can revise the book soon.

I returned previous set because one of the books was damaged, and the boxed set was previously opened. Amazon did right by this by replacing the set within 2 days. Sadly, this boxed set was *also* opened based upon the broken seal. And, sure enough, one of the books was slightly damaged. I need to start studying for my certification; I can't keep returning the set! Amazon, please make this right!

There are too many technical errors and type errors in this book. This is a trend with Cisco Press books. There is no quality control nor proof reading. I put in hours of reading and studying only to discover that a lot of information is wrong. For example, chapter 24 page 686, 2nd bullet states "t/he source port cannot be reused between two different SPAN sessions." This is totally false. Switch1 port fa0/1 can be the source port for session 1 and session 2.This is supposed to be CCNP/CCIE level material. Cisco Press has a history of misinformation and type errors.
