Worst customer service
These devices are no good! Bought two of them for a project and out of the box they do not work. Reached out to the company and they kept giving me the run around. I wouldn't advise purchasing from them.

this unit works with limited command programming, IT iS NOT an RTU5024 but the RTU5015
