Versatile compact unit, just make sure it’s suitable for your application
I got this unit to switch the fan settings on my house air recirculating system. It does the job perfectly. I fitted this in the loft near the unit and take the main supply from a local USB supply/power socket. I’m using it for the units 5VDC switching lines to override the fan boost switches around the house. I struggle to understand why anybody would use it for power applications such as AC light & power switching, when there are other more suited devices on the market, i.e wifi switches. This unit is a relay based switch, so might seem similar (and can indeed achieve the same result) but does not have any of the appropriate cabling/enclosure requirements for 240VAC, so seems dangerous to use it for such. The photos on some of these reviews with it mounted on a wall adjacent to a room light switch and exposed AC wiring looping into it is truly frightening.Instructions are non-existent, but setting up the Wifi link was easy enough once I found a YouTube video on it. EWeLink App and Alexa link up is great. Really very pleased it’s exactly what I needed for this application and has transformed the way I can set up the system. The board is nicely enclosed too, for not much more money than others without an enclosure, so saved me having to source that myself. It was literally fitted and working within one hour of delivery.

Software Interlock switch doesn't work
This switch is easy enough to use and relatively reliable. I'd be worried if/when the eWelink service went down as it would be dead weight but for now it's working. If you find that interlock can't be disabled through the app or web interface it's because you have to do it in hardware. The app will show it as disabled but it will still interlock. Togglng the interlock hardware button appears to solve this.4 stars as the software has bugs and because it's unclear if there is a solution to operating this without third party cloud services. Some housing would be nice too, even if it's an additional purchase!

Easy to setup and use, works very well
Was easy enough to setup and use, has options for power supply from either USB or another DC supply, worked pretty well through the app and website and the timings can be adjusted from the app should you need more than a momentary relayMy only gripe is that the buttons on the circuit board are not labelled, so you have to refer to the included instruction leaflet if you need to use them, not an issue initially but if you lose that leaflet it could become an issue. Overall, a pretty solid product, can't fault it.

Disappointed... hopefully just faulty and next will work.
Been looking for a 12V Smart switch, to hook up to my green solar power in the shed. This seemed good. Paired easily, got switch working, even with Alexa, but NO POWER was being output. Checked with multimeter and power was going in, but nothing out. It was switching so should have output power, but not a bean. Assume a fault, so returning.Buying another, hopefully that will work, if not that goes back as well.

WOW! What a RESPONSIVE and ACCURATE Device!
I bought a cheaper version of a Wi-Fi 4-Channel Board (a review of that is available elsewhere).I was 'Disappointed' with that design. On the strength of previous reviews here, I bought one of these 4-channel 7-32V devices to try, before buying enough to cover the additional 20 channels of control that we need. And I'm mighty glad that I did eventually buy this one!I need 16 channels of 'momentary signal' Normally Open outputs, to address some PLC Inputs, ranging in 'On' time of between 0.5 and 3 seconds. And a further one Normally Open Output to be programmed to close and then open every 1 second for 8 'pulses' in a 'Scene'.PROS:Very easy and intuitive to set-up.Firmware update was transparent - and didn't affect functionality. Each relay can be 'manually energised' by a physical push-button, accessible from the front facia. (= a useful 'Test' function!)Once wired-in, there is no need to remove the top cover: Changing 'Modes' (Inching / Latching / etc) are 100% accessible via eWeLink, and are stored 'on-board' the device.Good Wi-Fi range - this works even where my mobile 'phone shows virtually no Wi-Fi signal.A nice mix of Status (Blue) and Relay Energised (Red) LEDs on the board. This accepted the +24VDC Power that runs all of my other Garden Automation (PLCs / Dusk-To Dawn sensors, etc). This ignores the 5G being transmitted by our BT Router without having to turn it off. This 'Remembers' its settings (Modes etc) even when the power to it has been interrupted for a while (hours, so far).Seemingly, there aren't any 'Global Mode' issues: In 'eWeLink' it is possible to set each channel to 'Inching' or 'Latching', and the accuracy / response time(s) of the 'On->Off Inching' times is pretty-much 'Stopwatch' accurate. With this device, the above-mentioned 8-pulse 'scene' works like a dream(!)There is absolutely no relay 'chatter' or variable random on-off timing issues, irrespective of the 'mode' set for each channel. It comes in its own 'protective' Plastic Case, relatively easily wall-mountable.CONS:Access to the terminals is only possible when the device has been dismantled.Dismantling this device requires the removal of four screws, from the rear of the device.Ergo, if you decide to change the hard-wiring to / from the device, you will need to remove it from e.g. the wall. So, allow enough cable / wire 'slack' in your install, to enable this to be possible!BOTTOM LINE:After 'trialling' one of these devices, I've ordered a further four...!I will have to 'modify' the top-covers (e.g. drilling holes) to allow access for a thin 'Terminal Screwdriver' blade......so that I don't need to remove it from its 'wall-mounting' if I wish to re-wire.I understand that this design needs to shroud the 'potential' of LV for CE /Safety purposes. But as I'm only going to be running ELV (+24VDC or 12VAC) through these terminals, there will be no issues.Other than that, this piece of kit is AWESOME!Thanks for reading.*EDIT* One of the four units which I eventually bought, failed:I described the fault to the Supplier, who - after some additional testing / re-setting - agreed that the unit was U/S.A simple return to Amazon and a replacement sent / installed, and all has now been hunky dory for over one year.Wish that I could say the same about the eWeLink 'software' though.......I'm still having to run a one+-year old version, owing to the newer version(s) not being compatible with older Android installs...

Great product - shame it's not usable with Smart Life
This device is awesome for the price. Unlike similar equivalents it has a nice, neat box around the circuit board. Also unlike others each relay can be set to inching or switching (or interlocking) individually and inching time can be set between 0.5 seconds to many hours separately for each relay. The only problem for me was that it doesn't work with Smart Life, which all my other devices do (this uses Ewelink), so in the end I replaced it with a slightly cheaper unit that worked with Smart Life (but didn't have the nice surrounding box and where inching is set for all four relays, not per relay).
