The delivery was too fast and the rate were so less compared to local shops and other platforms. The quality of the product was also too good.

Nice but some Loofuls
Quality genuine, but lid sidewall very sharp un finished, weight is good, thickness also good.Technical structure fault, coock er lid is not fit well, gasket is low quality, Handle quality also low delicate, handle locking issue. , coocker lid side lock thicness is not satisfied.Some change s required.

Faulty quality - bottom plate out in less than 6 months
It's been only 5 months and the bottom plate of the cooker is out, departed from the cooker.This is really alarming and dangerous as the cooker kept making weird sounds and when I saw closely the bottom plate of the cooker was separated.I never expected such bad quality fault especially from a brand like Pigeon. I would have might as well opted for amy local brand which is cheaper and durable atleast for 1 year.Kindly return the product and give me my full refund back asap.

Awesome Product......Must buy....!
I have purchased 3 Letre 2 cookers same peace of Pigeon brand on 3rd May 2025. They are awesome and good wall and bottom thickness. And it is also good weighted. I am happy with this product. I had also purchased one more same product in 2023 for my sister since she has been using but there is no complaint yet.

I have doubt about quality
Quality is not good inside the cooker it is not pure stainless steel looks like mixed metal I have bought 4cookers seeing outside the beauty but now dint know wt to do bcos already I gifted to others.
