Actually it's a whole bunch of vibes with any color you can come up with, quite a few pre made scenes, the ablilty to draw your own light pattern, and full brightness controls for all of it. It's fun and to be honest it just looks neat as heck sitting on the table. WIFI hookup and app setup were a breeze.

This was the perfect addition to my boring room. Really brightens the mood and makes my room feel cozier.I mainly bought it as a night light before falling asleep or to use by my bed, but I use it all day while at my desk.My family loved it so much that they bought one for their own rooms!THE APP:-The app you download with it is well-organized and easy to use. There's a variety of modes including a DIY section for your own light creations. There are 43 pre made light scenes that are really nice! (There's even a fish tank and fire flies :O)-The "wake up" function is convenient because you set the time you wake up and it'll turn on, getting brighter gradually at the specified time. The "sleeping" mode is perfect for those who either forget to turn it off during the day or to set before falling asleep.THE BUTTONS:There are 5 buttons.-1 on/off-2 for dimming and brightening-1 music mode-1 change light to standard colorsOVERALL:A little pricey but if this is the type of product you were looking for, it's worth it! The app is definitely a game changer compared to lower end smart lamps. The colors are vibrant and brightness adjustment is great. The plug looks well built (not scary looking like it'll catch on fire) and is long enough for most occasions.

The media could not be loaded. This lamp is amazing. It works with a simple light on or light off with my Echo Spot. And I can even ask Alexa to dim it. The app has a bunch of preset live-moving scenes that actually work really well and it’s so therapeutic! Lol I love this thing, but I’m praying that it will last me and won’t die like other reviews that I’ve seen. Buy it! The software is top notch! They even have a “night light” mode if you want it on while you sleep. There’s a sound-sync mode that syncs the light to music. Very cool. It doesn’t fill up the entire room with light. This is mainly an accent light and is one made specifically for relaxation and for staring at. It’s so cool. Please give it a try. You can also dim it. Both me, my brother, and my dad were kind of blown away by this thing. Turn off your lights before you use it to get the full effect. I will only use this thing after sunset (or in a dark room) because it’s not super bright, but it is soo vibrant and bright when it’s the only light on in a dark room. Very cool and reminds me of my old lava lamp.. but more futuristic 😁 Praise the Lord for His knowledge that allows us to build cool things like this lamp. It’s light is jaw dropping for real.

This is only my second Govee purchase after their newer cylinder floor lamp. These nightlights are stylish and very modern looking. Plenty bright - most of my saved custom settings are at 20% brightness or less (I have a pair of them not too far apart from each other). You could easily light up a medium sized room with only two of these at 100% placed in the proper location.I like these better than the cyliner floor lamp. The scenes and effects are smoother with the table lamps than the floor lamp, which looks like it has a slow framerate and sort of stutters with any motion setting regardless of speed. These seem to have the same speed ranges, but these table lamps seem to blur and blend more between the frames which makes it much less noticeable. I hope they put out an update for the floor lamp to match the blended motion of these night lights.The app is simple and has a ton of features. Easy to create your own effects, schedule on/off times in detail, and batch control multiple devices easily through custom groups. I also like the phone widget which adds a one-touch on/off button for any single device or device group. I can't speak to the matter or any other LAN integration, although those options are there in the app for these.Overall very happy with these. I'll be watching for the next deal and pick up two more for another room.
