Instructions were good on back of pack. Fresh. And good. Tasted good too

Good for quick cooking
It's a ready made gravy (semi liquid). So not much cooking required. Taste is good but little sour, may be due to vinegar which is used as preservative. Can use food colour (red)to give a better look.

Awesome product, not like othe packaged ready to cook masalas, very nice ingredients used. Though Lal Maas you will not have the colour left on your finger skin like it does for othe similar item with other brands. Really good and very much recommended
