Cuts like a knife! Ha, ha...works really well. Love it on tomatoes and veggies. Works well on steak & chicken, too. Grip feels safe and comfortable, too. I'll come back and give an update after I've had it for awhile. But, so far, so good. Nice value for the money.

Great, sharp knife, but they are a little light, which makes me wonder how long they'll last.

Razor sharp is no exaggeration! We even cut our hands accidentally pressing on the non serrated top edge of the knife and I have taken a stone to those edges so as to not injure ourselves further. Great balance, excellent construction and top grade handle and materials. I'm sure this will become a permanent addition to our knife collection and feels like it will last forever.

I buy nothing but Henckels - they're quality. But there's something wrong about the shape of this one. Where the blade meets the handle, it pokes into your hand! Definitely not a paring knife
