This has helped me with my hormone balance and hot flashes. Having PCOS, my body is different daily. This has regulated me more than I have ever been in my lifetime.

This has pretty much been a cure all pill for me when I paired it with a Keto diet. I have been struggling for over a year with some lady issues( extreme inflammation, infertility, PMS, pain, etc.) I was told it was endometriosis, but I don't really believe in accepting a diagnosis. I think there is usually always something that can be done pretty naturally that can allieviate symptoms and possiblly turn it around. I have been blessed to experience and see this many times. I had been on an anti inflammatory diet for months and before then I generally ate pretty healthy. Only ate out a couple times a year and usually had a salad with my meal. Nothing had really worked and I'd still end up miserable the 2 weeks leading up to my cycle. I decided to get back on Keto remembering how much it improved my life. After starting it for a month or so I had my yearly appt. and she suggested this to me (I didn't want to take Birth control). Within almost days I could feel a difference. I've been taking this a month and have not had any issues!!!! I don't puke 2 weeks before my cycle, no pain, no swelling!!! It even cleared up my acne pretty good.I am just beyond amazed and grateful the Lord blessed me with such a sweet GYN.I will try to update this later on if it has helped with fertility. I just finished my first bottle. About 3 weeks in, I had a blood test for testosterone, among other things, and my testosterone was up 200 points from a previous test. So, for me, it appears to have helped improve my T levels.

Este suplemento lo he estado usando ya por 4 meses seguidos y estoy encantada con los resultados. La razón por la que lo compré es por la cuestión hormonal porque sufría de acné y jamás habia tenido y ahora esto me ayudó a mejorar muchísimo en este aspecto.
