These items were absolutely the best for me. The ACV works amazingly curbing my appetite so well, that I have to remind myself to eat at times.. I will definitely purchase again.. as for the MACA Root it was good at helping me sleep but with me the main purpose was to get my hot flashes to calm down or stop and it was just okay for me. I did not get much of a noticeable change in what I was wanting it to be used for me. And I only took what was recommended on the bottles to take, nothing more.

Not sure if it's doing anything

Always hoping for something positive from a supplement, I decided to give this a try and though I had no significant adverse effect, I did need to use the restroom a lot more than usual. The product came nicely, packaged with quick turnaround time for delivery. Understanding that everybody’s body works differently for the price. I would recommend giving this product a chance and see what it can do for you.
