I've had a similar tool for a couple of decades and I was worried about replacing it — things just aren't made as well as they used to be, because of cost-cutting material reasons. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product is of excellent quality and made with solid, rigid metal. It's nowhere near as flimsy as most tools you can buy in the retails stores.Recommendation: Strong BUY.

They're regular little pliers, BUT the spring action keeps the handles open. Like if you went to put them in your pocket, they're not closed compactly...the handle grips stay open. ok if you don't mind that.

Great little tool to keep in kitchen drawer!

A decent set of needle nose pliers. The pivot connection is solid, no slop, and smooth. The spring has the perfect amount of tension to fully open the pliers but not have to muscle them closed. The plastic coated handles are great. They are a small set of pliers, which is exactly what I needed, but my hands are big, so they do feel small in my hands.

I wanted to like these, but the side cutters kinda suck. The rest of the tool functions like it should and appears to be of good tool steel. Make them sharp for fine wires and these pliers are a winner.

Haven't used the pliers very much yet - the only disadvantage to me is the spring that keeps the pliers open when not in use. Maybe that's the norm and if I use them more will see an advantage?

Have used this product before and it is worth the price to buy another one to keep around the house or use it to go fishing as I do. Seller was great. Would do business again with this seller.
