I take this nightly. It works great - I typically fall asleep within 40 minutes of taking it. When I wake up, I'm not drowsy -- in fact, I get up at 5am and work out Monday - Friday!

The real thing
So different from other brands. I can see, taste, and feel the purity from just 1 gram of this powder in half a glass of water. The other brands I have tried (Stamets and OM), taste like cereal and barely do anything.
