Reliance Ortho Divan bed doubel 4ft 6 with mattress and headboard and 2 drawers - Double (4'6)

OK well my first order of this double bed was rescheduled on the day of arrival due to damaged I transit. The seller instead refunded me then expected me to pay a higher price!! Luckily I got it from another seller for the same price.My second order of this double bed was again rescheduled llon the day of arrival but thankfully arrived 2 days later than planned.Despite the hassle of getting this order finally to my door, I am very delighted with the product.For the price this is an excellent purchase if on a budget. The bed base is of a very good standard and comes with 2 storage draws. Also included is a headboard and double mattress.The mattress is a spring type with a memory foam top not the best but even a separate mattress of this kind would cost more than this order alone!!The bed comes in 2 halfs and was supplied with everything needed to assemble the bed together and attach the headboard. Also included are 8 chrome finished skid feet rather than castors which I like.Overall for less than £200 for a complete double bed set up this is an amazing buy.I'm absolutely sure that other beds of equal quality are available at twice the price of this with no mattress.It's a purchase I'd buy again but I don't need to as I'm sure this will last for years!

First of all, let me start this by saying how much of a nightmare this has been from start to finish.Right off the bat, everything seemed great. Good looking bed, good price. My mum dismantled my old bed expecting it to be delivered last week, only for us to be told it won't be arriving due to it being damaged during transit. Fine, understandable, better waiting than receiving a piss poor bed; it would come next week, and I would sleep on the spare mattress on the floor until then.Aaaand then it arrives. I could tell before even opening the package that this bed is not the one in the picture. The base looks the same, but the seller must be colour blind if they think that a plain brown headboard is the same as the detailed black one shown in the picture (who even puts a brown headboard with a black base?). Once we take it out the packaging, we can see how badly put together it is - staples EVERYWHERE, threads of fabric hanging off the base, and even a bit of the fabric on the actual bed chipped to reveal the white underneath it. Not only that, but the clips to hold the two parts of the base together are plastic — they kept falling off during building and in the long run we're going to replace them with you know, a durable material such as metal.The only good thing about this bed is the mattress. And the man who delivered it. Everything else? Not worth your money. So don't bother.

For someone who shops online a lot, I felt like my laziness had reached a new level, but now I feel like a professional online shopper because this bed is great!From start to end, the customer service has been top notch, as soon as I checked out, I shortly received a message asking for details so the driver could call me before the delivery. I told the fella that I have a set of stairs to my front door and if he would let the driver know and could he help as there was only me, 20 something female. I received my bed within a week of ordering it, and the driver not only brought the bed up the stairs but to my bedroom (in exchange for a thermos of coffee, bargain!).Setting up the bed was a doddle, the hardest bit was making screw holes for me to attach the stands to the headboard.The bed is fairly high, I need to tip toe to shuffle my bum on to the edge (I'm 5"7), but this isn't an issue for me. The mattress is firm but not solid/hard, it does have a bit of softness to it, and I can tell you, once I'd set my bed up, I thought I'd have a tester lay down.. and I fell asleep, it's great.The headboard and drawers can go either side/end, and it looks very swish. It doesn't squeak or creak if you're having hanky panky, or if you're a fidgety sleeper.Hope this helps!

Well worth the wait!! Bed is easy to put together and is really cumfy. One of the best nights sleeps in ages. Well worth it for the price

Look, it’s £200 for a divan double bed with mattress, we knew it wasn’t going to be high end quality, and it shows in certain areas, for instance, we had to glue the drawer fronts back on because they came off when we first opened them as they are not screwed together, just dowel pegs. Plus side, mattress is comfy

Quick delivery. Looks great. Easy assembly. Will be buying a mattess topper but good quality for the price. Delivery guy was pleasant too

Got this bed and mattress in June comfortable to start with easy to assemble but I’ve not even had it a year and the springs are coming out the side and the plywood in the divan base is falling through. Not lasting at all not very happy. Cannot contact place to try and sort
