I love isopure y'all! When I'm doing keto I like to do shakes in the morning. It's great tasting and the value on this was excellent with subscription. It blends well with my blender. I like the quality and quantity of this size. It can get clumpy if you don't use a blender. The calories are perfect for my morning routine. And if I get hungry at night sometimes I will do a shake and mix berries with it for a treat. This keeps me in my goals but also allows me to not feel deprived.

Be aware, recipe has change and product dont dissolve properly
I've been using this product for a while. Be aware that they have changed the recipe or the last production lot is damaged. The powder does not dissolves completely and leaves a lot of salty residues. I needed to returned after using it for more than 3 years.
