Better than expensive collagen powders
The best gelatin/collagen I've found. I need to add it to my diet and so I make up a batch and add some to my coffee and soup. It has helped my hair to grow back really fast, and reduced aches and pains. I wouldn't buy anything else, and I've stopped buying the super expensive collagen powders as it does the same job.
