I'm a self certified foodie who had to have her gullbladder removed back in March and if anyone who has gone through this experience knows, the 1st thing they say is you can't eat this and you can't eat that. Well, that didn't sit well with me at all because I love food lol. 1st couple of weeks for me were miserable because I was determined to eat what I wanted (then spend the rest of the day balled up on the bathroom floor), then I discovered these little miracles and it was a total game changer. Great probiotic. I can definitely tell when I am off of it, or if I have missed a dose. I used to have bad stomach problems and frequent bloating, but this combined with a fiber supplement has really helped me with regularity, has eliminated bloating and essentially removed stomach cramps. I think everybody should be on this supplement for the general wellbeing and quality of everyday life! Very effective, works as I wanted it to!

Tried this probiotic because of the great reviews. It works really well for me though it’s pricey to the point that I tried some less pricy similar ingredients brands. Very soon I found they did not work as well for me for my digestive tract. I can tell the difference in my health so I will continue to purchase Physician’s Choice 60 billion probiotic because my health takes priority over my pocketbook and I take advantage of sales.

Digestive anomalies galore. With 60 billion, I think it overwhelmed my digestive system. I was hoping that it would calm things down, but it seemed to be a little bit too strong for me. Maybe I just need to use a little bit at a time for a while so my body can get used to it. I'm not sure what happened but it's pretty strong. My wife was taking a probiotic in the form of gummies and I checked the label on hers and it has 2 billion. This one has 60 billion. So I think it's a little bit stronger. This is a good thing, but you may want to be careful as it may cause some bloating and gastric anomalies. Sorry if that was too much information. I did notice a difference within a day or two though 🙂 speedy Action!

I have taken various probiotics over the years but this one is IT.
