Worked great with ESPhome and HomeAssistant
This thing worked beautifully! I used it to replace my sprinkler controller and run off Home Assistant and it has been flawless!

Amazing for the price!
I use one of these boards in an automation project utilizing ESPHOME and Home Assistant. It works amazingly well. Simple to setup with flexible power options. I have had several power surges and outages since putting this into production full time and it has continued to work with no issues. I have not tried the RS485 interface and power it with a 12V switching power supply.

Looks good, so far.
Looks like it will do what I need. I haven't had time to put it to use, yet.

Reliable and Versatile Relay Control
This Waveshare Industrial 6-Channel ESP32-S3 WiFi Relay Module provides a robust and versatile solution for controlling a variety of devices. The multiple control options (WiFi, Bluetooth, RS485) offer flexibility in integration, and the onboard RS485 and Pico HAT interfaces simplify connectivity. The inclusion of multiple isolation protection circuits adds a layer of safety and reliability. I've found it to be a dependable and powerful relay controller for my industrial automation projects.

Excellent quality hardware. Minor issue with demo compile had to be fixed.
This is a copy of the review I did for the ESP32-S3-Relay-6CH which I bought when I returned this 8CH unit because i was having issues and purchased a 6Ch version which had same bug. read on:1) Out of the box the -STA demo failed to have a clean compile. Had to fix bug in Waveshare's function Bluetooth_SendData(); not good! I think this was because my system had newer IDE libraries. Update dthe code with a fix and got a clean compile. After that, and after loading the -STA demo in a few times, the ESP32 would crash and do a register dump. This was because I commented out the Bluetooth_Init() in setup(). Unfortunately, the Waveshare Bluetooth_sendData() function fails to check for a null pointer and the system crashes (note the pointer was NULL because I commented out out the Bluetooth_Init() function in Setup() ) (good coding requires checks for null pointers).2) The demo app for -STA works...after THREE DAYS wasted fixing issue. Can turn relays on and off wirelessly from a web page. Enter the IP of the relay board into the URL of the browser to bring up the webpage.3) The Arduino IDE takes wayyyy too long to cycle through the build-load-run to be useable in a professional (paid employee) iterative software development environment. Under Arduino IDE, WAY too slow with this ESP32-S3 (ESP32s in general).4) Now, today, I am at the point where I have a working Waveshare device, but am exhausted form the PROBLEMS. Will take a break and come back to this in a few days after I get some real work done on the actual project I bought the device for.5) Tested WiFi w/Asus RT-AX3000 router indoors and Waveshare device outside 200ft from house. AOK!SUMMARY: Excellent quality electronics, but with a bit of caution when developing the software. FOUR STARS. FIVE if the demo had worked out of the box!

No paperwork or programming info provided
Looks like a nice unit, but without a link to some instructions or something inside the box, it's almost less useful than the box.

Well built
If you've ever used an ESP32 you'll be right at home here, this is essentially just a custom carrier board for the ESP32 with a built in, industrial quality case. That makes it ideal for use in small industrial sites. The inclusion of RJ45 makes it really easy to integrate into an existing network.
