Your going to love this
I hung 9 floating shelves last week and this drill every hole perfect .it comes with two drill bits and they are very good quality to. Love them

This jig kit was the secret ingredient for drilling perfectly centered floating shelf holes!
I finally got around to installing a floating shelf above the desk I built for my command center 3 years ago, and as with any DIY project I take on, I watched quite a few how-to videos in order to formulate my final "recipe" and then scoured Amazon for the various piece parts I needed. The SLIIMU kit deserves it high ratings, even more so for its incredibly low price. The jig itself is well tooled, and the 9" auger bit was up to the task. I realized I only needed a single set screw to secure the jig, and because I patiently drilled each hole, I didn't see the need as the included directions suggested to apply food grade oil to the bit or hole as I was drilling. The shelf slipped into place like a glove - no rubber mallet necessary!

Well made and functions exactly as made to.
This makes the floating shelves fit the hidden brackets perfectly. The quality is nice and it feels well made. Easy to use and pretty self explanatory.

Bought new but seller shipped me a used tool
Purchased as new but received obviously a used and returned tool. The tool actually worked perfectly and centered 6 floating shelves so 4 stars. The little mount screws are trash and will be used only once until the Phillips head strips easily as a soft metal and poor quality screw. Easy enough to find others in a better quality ***Tip*** make sure you buy quality mounting brackets that have square welds at 90 degrees otherwise you will have problems as I did on 2 brackets.

Easy-to-use
Worked great, kept included drill bit straight and true. Easy self centering, and simple to align with marks. I used several times and still works like new.

Very easy to use!
I used these to add floating shelves in my kitchen. I've never put one up before but I was able to use this with no problem.
