Simple, solid reception and very accurate readings
My old weather station failed after almost 20 years. I went for this one because of good reviews and, especially, its advertised temperature reading accuracy (within 0.2C of the actual temperature), which turns out to be a fact. Even in 2025 accuracy is by no means a given; the original replacement, a Bresser which cost three times as much, had to be sent back because its temperature readings were systematically too low, sometimes by more than 1C.For £20 you get a small white main unit with a very bright 4" white backlit LCD screen, with the backlight turned on for a few seconds by pressing the case above the display, and an unusually large outside sensor. The main unit takes three AAA batteries and the sensor two AA batteries, all of which are supplied (as a no-name brand). The main unit is battery-only, with no support for mains power. After installing the batteries the main unit and sensor automatically pair. I noted that it took quite a long time (two hours or so) for the sensor to adjust to the - far lower - outside temperature. Reception is solid - inside my bedroom about 30 feet away, the signal indicator is always on.On screen, as well as current temperature and humidity, there are trend indicators for both, a weather forecast graphic and an indicator which can be toggled between probability of mould growing, heat index and dew point; at the moment, in winter, only the last is useful. There is also a snowflake (ice indicator) plus channel, battery strength and signal strength indicators. Up to three sensors are supported per main unit although, at the time of writing, there appears to be no way to buy a sensor on its own.Omitted are unnecessary features such as clock, alarm, moon phase, sunset time and similar, which force the display to be larger and use more battery, complicate setup and are better done elsewhere. Similarly, the outdoor sensor has no LCD display. The only calibration is a button on the back which allows the weather forecast to be set to the actual weather if different, presumably "learning" as it does so. There are two other buttons which allow the channel to be selected and toggle between maximum, current temperature and minimum.I compared the temperature and humidity readings with those from a Switchbot logger, which apparently has the same chipset and is praised for its accuracy, and the readings are invariably more or less the same as per the picture. Note that the green tint of the Liorque screen is inaccurate - the actual colour is white. The only deficiency I note is that, unlike an earlier Liorque weather station, there is no barometric pressure display, which is a shame. The trade-off is that the older device had an inferior sensor (temperature accurate to the nearest 1C).(As an aside, many smartphones have a pressure sensor, which turns out to be a more than adequate replacement; that feature is not well publicised and, to use it, I recommend Trail Sense for Android, which is open source and has a fantastic array of helpers for outdoor pursuits, including showing the last 48 hours' barometric readings on a graph).A minor issue is that maximum and minimum temperatures are stored - but only for the past 24 hours. That behaviour appears to be universal nowadays; my old weather station recorded maximum and minimum until they were manually reset, which meant that any interval (most usefully, a month) could be used. It is annoying that that flexibility has gone.Slightly concerning is the instruction that the outdoor sensor should not be put where it can get wet directly. I have an obscured location under a palm tree, so have no intention of testing that, and another odd statement is that the sensor should be at least eight feet off the ground! I think something must have been lost in translation as my previous sensor did well when five feet off the ground and eight feet is far above where the state of the ground would make a difference. (The standardised height for professional instruments in a Stevenson screen is anything from four to six and a half feet).Overall: simple, effective, accurate and excellent value.

Good little weather station
Bought it to replace one I had for some time, it is easy to set up and is very accurate. Great value for the money.

OK
Nice well priced little machine however the forcast panel (top left) seems to have a mind of its own

A great product
An excellent product. Bought to replace a gauge that had done good service but had expired of old age! Very accurate temperature readings which is the main reason I bought it. No problems pairing the remote sensor with the main unit. All at a very competitive price. So I highly recommend this product.

Ideal for its purpose, without too much information
Bought to replace another unit whose screen had gone dark. This one is simpler, but does all that we need. Neat and easy to read, it was very simple to set up, and having the batteries included was a bonus.I attach some photos to show what you get, with a trolley token for scale. The entire set up process took about three minutes, and it's working well.It arrived on time, and in good condition :)

nice bit of kit
Good large display, not to quick to react, ( from inside to out) but in normal use great.
