Good absorption
This product absorbs well and gives me no problems, which is very good news since I need magnesium for my bones.

Decent product
I thought this item was just ok, it says that it is easy on the stomach but I did not totally find that to be the case for me. I took these at night time before bed, I did feel like I got a decent night sleep though.

Good product that does what it should
They seem to work great. My wife has stopped hot flashes by taking 2 and waiting about 35 mins. Nothing else has worked like that.

Leg issues relieved
