Practically Silent & Effective
This nebulizer is great! My daughter loves the fact that it’s practically silent & she can hold it in her hand while watching tv & it’s not obnoxiously loud like her old, “regular” nebulizer. I def recommend this for anyone who has to have breathing treatments & you want to get thru them without the loudness of “traditional” nebulizers. It’s so quiet that you wouldn’t even think it was on if it weren’t for the mist & the barely audible hissing sound it makes

Professional Performance
This nebulizer might look minimalist, but it delivers professional-level results. I use it three times a day for maintenance meds and haven’t had a single clog or performance dip in over a month. The mist is fine and soothing, and the battery lasts several sessions per charge. Just be careful not to use distilled water or oils—saline only. This is probably the best value-for-money device I’ve bought in a long time.

Small & quiet!
Where has this been all my life!? Ive had an old, chunky, loud, plug in nebulizer for YEARS. I finally broke down & got a new, portable one. Holy smokes is this baby small! And quiet! If you have asthma, or other lung issues, you seriously can't go wrong with this! Easy to use, easy to clean, can fit in your purse or even a big pocket! I prefer the mouthpiece over the face mask, but love that it comes with options!

Runs quietly
I’ve always hated how noisy traditional nebulizers are, so when I saw this one had near-silent operation, I had to try it. And wow—it’s really quiet. I’ve used it in the middle of the night while sitting in bed, and it didn’t even wake my partner. Just remember to charge before the first use!

It suits me well
I’ve gone through a couple nebulizers before and they just didn’t cut it. This one? Total game-changer. It’s super quiet, really easy to figure out, and the mist is spot on every time—no need to redo anything. I use it for myself and my kid, and it’s honestly been a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

just what i need
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My 3-year-old tends to get a cough at bedtime, especially during allergy season. We keep the nebulizer nearby, and when the cough kicks in, we give her a quick treatment. It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t wake her up completely, and the soft mist helps her fall back asleep peacefully. The included child mask fits well and doesn’t leak.

Great battery life and no clogging.
Had bad luck with another brand and waited two weeks after using to write this review. This nebulizer works great and can get 15 treatments on a battery charge, a lot more than the two previous brands I purchase. Has not clogged up like past one.Overall very satisfied with this unit.

Great machine, but expect a learning curve
Good Little Machine — But You'll Learn Just As Much from Trial and Error As the ManualI bought this nebulizer because it looked sleek, had an auto-cleaning feature, and came with just enough vague marketing promises to make me think it would take care of itself. Spoiler: it doesn't. But it’s still a solid little device — once you figure out how to use it properly, which may take a minor spiritual journey. Here’s what first-time users won’t learn from the manual or product page:0. Important Starter Note – It Doesn’t Come with SalineYes, this is a nebulizer, and yes, it nebulizes — but only if you give it something to work with. Saline solution is not included. You’ll need to buy sterile 0.9% sodium chloride separately. If you thought this came ready to go, like I did, you’ll be sitting there with a fancy mist machine and nothing to mist.1. You Only Get One Medication Cup — and You Can’t Buy AnotherThey give you one cup to pour your saline or medication into, and that’s it. No extras, no refills, no link that says “click here for replacements.” If you want to share this with someone else (which they tell you not to do), you’ll have to sanitize it like you're prepping for surgery or buy another unit altogether.2. Sharing? Technically Possible, Logistically AnnoyingIf you're determined to share it (say, among family), you'll need separate masks and a deep cleaning routine that involves boiling water, vinegar, and a healthy mistrust of human germs.3. The Self-Cleaning Mode is Maintenance, Not MagicIt's not a sterilizer. It's a 5-minute mist pulse designed to prevent gunk buildup on the mesh plate. You still have to clean all the external parts yourself, so don't think this thing is some kind of Roomba for your lungs.4. "10-minute mode" Doesn’t Mean 10 MinutesThese timers are more like theoretical limits. If you only pour in 2mL of saline, your “10-minute” session might last five. The machine stops once it runs out of liquid — which makes sense — but don’t expect a full 10 unless you fill it accordingly.5. Trapped Moisture = Mold HotelAfter cleaning, don’t be too eager to slap the rubber cap back on. Let things dry completely or you’re basically sealing in a spa day for bacteria.6. Cleaning Routine = EssentialUse vinegar and boiled water once a week. Wash and air dry after each use. Yes, it’s work. No, the machine doesn’t tell you this. But your lungs will thank you, and the machine will last longer than a houseplant.BOTTOM LINE:This is a good nebulizer once you learn its quirks. But Mayluck should include a better manual — maybe with diagrams, maybe with warnings, or maybe just a list titled “Things You’ll Eventually Figure Out the Hard Way.” Until then, I hope this review helps someone else skip the learning curve I rolled down face-first.
