I use this for back pain, I have my husband apply it for me but its much better than the patches as the patches hurt when you take them off if you wear too long. Perfect for applying and letting dry before bedtime if you want to have relief without worrying about sleeping all night with a patch on

I love icy hot roll ons l. With the roll on I don't get it on my fingers. Easy to roll on my lower back and neck. Work great takes my pain away

Use this all the time! Be careful not to roll on a lot because it does get HOT. The roller part makes such a big difference in application
